The first thing we do is a thorough needs analysis. We strive to fully understand your challenge so we can propose a solution that produces results.

Depending on the circumstances, all you may need is someone to bounce things off of or ask for advice. If that is the case, then we can set up an advisory relationship with one of our executives. In this type of engagement, you interact with a closely matched executive advisor on a scheduled basis or on an as needed basis.

You are charged a preset hourly rate and billed at the end of the month for the time that you have spent with your executive advisor.

If the challenge requires a more hands on type of engagement from our executves, we will present a proposal with definative end results.
