Founded by Mark Parbus, an executive with GlaxoSmithkline for 20 years, Unlocked Potential has been dedicated to facilitating the knowledge transfer between experienced and developing executives and their organizations since early 2004.

With upwards of 10 Million experienced business people retiring in the next 15 years,developing businesses and their executives have a rich talent pool to pull from.

The challenge is there is only about 10 years to make this knowledge transfer occur before this experience and knowledge is lost forever. Unlocked Potential is dedicated to making the most of this time by establishing strategic advisory relationships between experienced excutives and developing companies.
